What are my payment options?
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. We also offer Apple Pay and Google Pay for your convenience.
When will my card be charged?
Your card or chosen payment method will be charged at the time your order is placed.
Why was my card declined?
The most common reason for a card decline is a mismatch between the billing address entered and the address associated with your card. Please double-check your billing address and try again. If the issue persists, try using a different card or contacting your bank.
How do I use a promo code?
Enter your promo code in the "Coupon code" box during checkout and click "Apply.'" Only one promo code can be used per order.
Do you offer gift cards?
We don’t offer gift cards at this time.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We do not offer gift wrapping at this time. However, pricing information is omitted from all packing slips, so your order will arrive gift-ready.
What does shipping cost?
What is the standard shipping cost ?
We offer flat-rate shipping within the U.S. for all orders. Lightweight items (like blouses and tees) ship for $5.00, and heavier or bulky items (like shoes and jackets) ship for $8.50. If you order multiple items, the shipping cost will be the flat rate of the heaviest item plus an additional fee per extra item: $3.00 for each additional lightweight item and $5.00 for each additional heavy/bulky item.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, we offer expedited shipping via USPS Priority Express. The cost is $45 for the first item and $25 for each additional item, regardless of weight. While we strive to ship expedited orders placed by 2 PM EST the same day, overnight delivery is not guaranteed. For guaranteed next-day delivery, please contact us for a FedEx or UPS quote.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, we'll send you a shipping notification email with a USPS tracking number as soon as your order ships.
What is your shipping time?
When will my order be shipped?
We typically process and ship orders within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday), excluding holidays. Orders placed after 12 PM PST on Friday or on weekends may ship the following Monday. All orders ship from Southern California.
How long will shipping take?
- Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 2-6 business days after your order has shipped, depending on the destination. We ship all standard orders via USPS.
- Expedited Shipping: Expedited orders typically arrive within 1-2 business days after shipping, depending on the destination. We ship expedited orders via USPS Priority Express. Please note that overnight delivery is not guaranteed.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States, including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
What should I do if I have trouble placing my order?

- Try a different web browser or device.

How can I find out the status of my order?
After placing your order, you'll receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, we'll send a separate shipping notification email containing a USPS tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's progress on the USPS website.
If you haven't received a shipping confirmation within 3 business days, please contact us.
Returns and Refunds

Since all of our items are one of a kind, we cannot offer any returns or refunds. All of our sales are considered final at the time of purchase. We are more than happy to answer any questions about any item prior to purchase, so please contact us with any questions prior to ordering. We’ll be more than happy to provide more item information or additional photos.

We do not offer exchanges at this time.
Modifying an order
We cannot cancel or modify an order once it’s placed.
Report a damaged, missing or defective item in your order
Contact us regarding any damaged or missing items within 3 days of delivery. Please note that all of our items are sold “as is” and that we’ve taken care to accurately describe and package the items we sell.

We do not offer price adjustments after a sale is final.
