How fast do items ship?
We ship all orders within 1–3 business days via standard carrier. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your shipping label is created.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.

How do I know an item will fit?
Because pre-loved items can fit differently depending on the brand, era, or past care, we include key measurements in each product listing. We recommend comparing those measurements against a similar garment you already own.
What condition are your items in?
Every item is personally inspected, cleaned, and accurately described. We practice 100% transparency: if a pre-owned piece has minor wear or a tiny flaw, we note it clearly in the product description and photograph it so there are zero surprises.
