Ordering & Shipping

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. Only one credit card may be applied per order. Your card will be charged at the time your order is placed. All pricing is listed in USD.

DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?
We are required to collect sales tax for orders shipping to Alaska, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, Washington D.C., West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.

WHY WAS MY CARD DECLINED WHEN I TRIED TO PLACE AN ORDER?
The billing address you used may not match the billing address associated with your card. Please be sure to check that the billing address is correct and try again. If you are still experiencing problems, you may wish to use a different card.

HOW DO I USE A PROMO CODE?
Promo codes can be entered during the checkout process. Simply type or paste your code in the box labeled “Promo Code,” which can be located by expanding the “Add Promo Code” box under your Order Summary on the right side of your shopping bag, then click “Apply.” Only one promo code may be applied per order. Promo codes cannot be combined with other offers.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
We don’t offer gift cards at this time.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAP?
We do not offer gift wrapping services at this time. Please note that pricing information is omitted from all packing slips so orders arrive gift-ready.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Lightweight items (blouses, tees, tanks) ship for a flat rate of $5.00. Heavier or bulky items (shoes, jackets, bags) ship for a flat rate of $8.50.

Multiple Item Ordering
If you order more than one item, the shipping cost will reflect the flat rate plus an “additional item” rate. The weight of the heaviest item in your order determines the flat rate.

For lightweight items, shipping is $5.00 + $3.00 for each additional item.
For instance: you order 2 blouses: $5.00 for lightweight item + $3.00 for the additional blouse. Total: $8.00.

For heavyweight or bulky items, shipping is $8.50 + $5.00 for each additional item.
For instance: you order shoes and a blouse: $8.50 for bulky item + $5.00 for the additional blouse. Total: $13.50.
Or, you order two pairs of shoes: $8.50 for bulky item + $5.00 for the additional pair. Total: $13.50.

All items ship via USPS.

Expedited Orders
Express shipping for a single item is available for $45 regardless of weight. Multiple items in an expedited order will be charged $45 for the first item and $25 for each additional item, regardless of weight.

Express orders are shipped via USPS Priority Express from Southern California, and overnight delivery is not guaranteed. Need it next day? Contact us for a FedEx or UPS quote.

What is the Cut-Off Time for Expedited Orders?
USPS Priority Express orders placed by 2pm EST will ship within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday). If an order is placed by 2pm EST, we will do our best to ship the same day.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Regular orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday), excluding holidays. Items ordered on a Friday after 12pm PST or on a Saturday or Sunday may not ship until the following Monday.

All regular orders ship via USPS, with delivery typically between 2-6 days after shipping, depending on the destination address. All items ship from Southern California. We’ll send a shipping notification with a package tracking number for your order as soon as it ships.

Express orders placed by 2pm EST are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday) and should arrive within 1-2 days after shipment, depending on the destination address. All orders ship from Southern California, and overnight delivery is not guaranteed.

Expedited Orders
Express shipping for a single item is available for $45 regardless of weight. DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States.

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES OR FPO/APO/DPO ADDRESSES?
Yes! Our team ships orders to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS.

If you encounter problems when trying to place an order, we recommend refreshing the page or closing and reopening your web browser window. If that doesn't work, contact us for another way to order.

Some other helpful tips for making sure your order goes through:

  1. Make sure your zip code on your credit card details matches the zip code in your billing address. For security reasons, these two zip codes will need to match for your bank to process the transaction and submit the order.
  2. We can only accept one method of payment per order.
  3. Our items only ship domestically within the U.S.

Use the USPS tracking number included in the email sent to you when your order shipped. You can access the USPS tracking service at https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input.

If you have a package that was marked as delivered but you have not yet received it, we ask you to take the following steps:

  1. Check with your neighbors to see if the package was left there.
  2. Contact your local post office and provide the tracking number and confirmation of delivery.
  3. Contact us.
