Whether you’re buying a pair of shoes or a whole outfit, online ordering and shipping with us is quick and easy.

Payment options

We offer several payment options for your online order, including by credit card, Apple Pay and GooglePay. Please see our Payment Options page for more information.

Placing an order

If you encounter problems when trying to place an order, we recommend refreshing the page or closing and reopening your web browser window. Alternatively, we recommend trying to check out on a different browser or using a different device.

If you encounter a problem or get an error message while trying to use ApplePay or Google Pay, make sure your browser allows popups for this site.

Some other helpful tips for making sure your order goes through:

  1. Make sure your zip code on your credit card details matches the zip code in your billing address. For security reasons, these two zip codes will need to match for your bank to process the transaction and submit the order.
  2. We can only accept one method of payment per order. 
  3. Our items only ship domestically within the U.S.

If you’re unsure if your order was processed, we recommend checking your email for an order confirmation. If you don’t receive a confirmation, please contact us immediately.

Shipping prices

We ship lightweight items (like blouses, jewelry and scarves) ship at a rate of $6.00. We ship heavier or bulky items (shoes, jackets, bags) at a rate of $9.50.

Multiple Item Ordering

If you order more than one item, the shipping cost will reflect the flat rate of the heaviest item.

  • For example, if you order 2 lightweight blouses, the shipping total is $6.00.
  • If you order a lightweight blouse and a heavier weight pair of shoes, the total shipping is $9.50.

We ship all items via USPS.

Shipping policy

We process and ship orders within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday), excluding holidays. Items ordered on a Friday after 12pm PST or on a Saturday or Sunday may not ship until the following Monday. 

All regular orders ship via USPS, with delivery typically between 2-6 days after shipping, depending on the destination address. All items ship from Southern California. We’ll send a shipping notification with a package tracking number for your order as soon as it ships.

Express shipping is by special request only; contact us for a price quote. Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday) and should arrive within 1-2 days after shipment, depending on the destination address. All orders ship from Southern California, and overnight delivery is not guaranteed.

Shipping availability

  • Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States.
  • We do ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS.

Shipping to separate addresses

If you’re shopping for several people at once and want to ship various items to several addresses, you must place a separate order for each address. A single order cannot be shipped to multiple addresses. Applicable shipping fees apply to each order placed.

Tracking your order

We’ll email a USPS tracking number when we ship your package. You’ll be able to both track it and request Post Office text or email alerts for status updates and expected delivery.
